Having the initial mock up design, we managed to colour match the artificial turf surface and club crest so the continuity for the blue ran throughout the stadium.

Choice of product is also important given the high wear areas. We chose a short pile 18mm monofilament yarn for the density and therefore offering a durable surface.

The logo went through a number of design changes to suit the new club branding eventually running with the full colour Huddersfield Town FC badge. 

Having signed off the designs and colour matches Synthetic Turf Management scheduled in the manufacturing for the blue surface and the logo which would take 4 weeks for production.

The team at STM uplifted and removed the old surfaces, prepared the existing base and replaced the edging bars ready for the new installation.
