Playground Targets with Artificial Turf

As you have probably seen over the past few weeks, we have been blogging more about EPIC playgrounds and MUGAs . We see the coming weeks as a crucial time to ensure you have your school grounds looking the best they can be as this time of year is ideal to start thinking about that surface your school only dreams about. In today’s blog we look at playground targets and their benefits for your school.

Playground targets are made from our high quality EPIC colourful grass turf; this turf allows for a safe play area that looks attractive. It is also low maintenance and weather proof which means that your pupils can play outside in all types of weather

Playground targets can be of any size as they are completely bespoke, many of our customers prefer to add targets as part of the EPIC playground surface.

Targets can be designed and installed in a variety of different colours

PE Sessions

The playground targets that we incorporate into our surfaces are regularly used as part of PE sessions, this could be throwing beanbags on the target, using it as a game, or building team working skills. The target designs are very popular and are added into most of our EPIC playground surfaces.

This target was only recently completed at Linthorpe Primary and is already being used frequently.

Children respond well to the colourful surface. Our EPIC playgrounds open up students’ imaginations and encourage them to play outside more frequently which, in turn, helps to support health and well-being of all pupils.
