Fitness First have many gyms all over the UK, they provide different facilities such as personal trainers, cardio theatre, group exercise, spinning and gym flooring, all to create positive vibes and encourage more people to take up exercise and lead a more active and healthier lifestyle. We support this hugely at STM as this is one of our core values so we were over the moon when Fitness First approached us to complete another sled track at their Aldgate Gym on Fenchurch Street.
