Lythwood Sports Complex new 3G football pitch surface

Synthetic Turf Management went through a tender process with Bayston Hill Parish Council and were awarded the contract to replace the 3G football pitch surface at Lythwood Sports Complex.

The project entailed removal of a 10 year old sand dressed Astro turf with the specification to resufacing with a 3G football approved system.

The existing 15mm pad was tested and in good condition which allowed the new 50mm pile height synthetic grass to be laid directly onto the pad. The new TigerTurf Atomic Pro 50 pitch meets the accreditation for FIFA and community usage.

Cross play lines in red and the main playing pitch with white lines hand laid into the synthetic turf.

Now completed the sports complex has a fantastic upgraded facility that they hope will attract new users from the local community.
