Last week the STM team’s talent for artificial grass installation reached new heights for an upcoming corporate exhibition. We were contracted for a project that involved installing a synthetic turf surface at none other than The Shard in London, and it was pretty darn exciting! Up on the dizzyingly high 72nd floor, the guys worked what could only be described as some sort of magic. They worked from 8am all the way through the night until 10am the next morning - barely even stopping to take in the breath taking views.
The surface was actually for a corporate exhibition for leading tarpaulin manufacturers, Stuart Canvas. The artificial grass will remain down for a full month of functions and conferences, attracting visitors from far and wide! Who’d want to miss the chance to take a walk in a garden in the sky?
"We approached STM to partner in this project due to their professional and can do attitude – we were delighted with the outcome!" - Edward Stoddart, Chief Executive - Stuart Canvas Ltd
Phew! It’s a good job our guys Dave and Lee aren’t afraid of heights! And the same goes for the two Stuart Canvas employees who helped them on the project. We’ve seen artificial grass used for experiential marketing and corporate exhibitions before… but never quite to this level! A creative way to bring a brand to life, and one that’s sure to get chins wagging - that’s what we like to see.
