Transforming Community MUGAs – Abermule Community Centre’s 75th Anniversary - December 2024

At Synthetic Turf Management (STM), we’re passionate about delivering high-performance, long-lasting sports facilities that serve and strengthen communities.

As Abermule Community Centre prepared to celebrate its 75th anniversary in January 2025, we were proud to be chosen to transform their outdoor sports area—a project inspired by our successful installation at Caersws Community Facility.

Working closely with the team at Abermule and backed by Welsh FA funding, the brief was clear: revitalise the ageing multi-sport area and create a space that would offer durability, versatility, and enhanced user experience.

What We Delivered:

✅ Installed 3m twin bar fencing to boost safety and provide long-term durability.
✅ Laid a 10mm performance shock pad with our trusted TigerTurf Evo Pro system—designed to deliver a minimum 12-year lifespan.
✅ Configured the layout to support multiple sports, with key focus on football and netball.
✅ Delivered a sand dressed synthetic turf system, ideal for multi-sport usage with a strong balance of playability and wear resistance.

This project is a perfect example of STM’s commitment to quality, innovation, and tailored design—ensuring every facility we build meets the specific needs of the people who use it.
