The demand for schools to provide facilities for pupils to embrace physical activity is more prevalent than ever. From public health programmes such as Change4Life, to run down sports equipment, the reasons for transforming playgrounds in UK schools are varied. In case you’re unfamiliar with the concept, our EPIC playgrounds are playground surfaces that are made from colourful artificial grass. Oh, and EPIC stands for ’Education & Play In Colour’! They incorporate all sorts of different games and educative markings, from ABCs to hopscotches to targets, road trails and underwater worlds.
